Multinational Faculty and Staff
A good number of the multinational faculty will be bilingual or even better, trilingual, certainly with an excellent command of the English language as it is the language of instruction. This will require a multipronged approach. The first step will be careful and exhaustive recruitment to identify individuals who share the school’s core values and vision; have passion and expertise that can be used to enrich their learners’ experience; and are open to collaborating with colleagues and students. ISA will place a high value on adults within the organization: acknowledging their knowledge, experience, achievements, contributions and supporting their continued professional growth and development. Adults with ISA will have the time and resources to engage more personally and effectively with students in order to support learner development in the holistic manner envisioned by our school.
